Artwork Panel Example:

Sample A4 Sheet with four typical artworks. Distance between each artwork to own taste if cutting up blank yourself. If Acetronics is to NC mill the board edges then a space of 10mm between each artwork (internally) is required.

Drilling (Extra Cost Per Panel Exceeding Max. Hole Limit):

295x210 (A4) Panel Size

Maximum 1500 holes (extra cost for more than 1500 holes) Minimum drill size 0.8mm (32 thou), min. track clearance 0.2mm (8 thou).

300x480 Panel Size

Maximum 3000 holes (extra cost for more than 3000 holes) Minimum drill size 0.8mm (32 thou), min. track clearance .2mm (8 thou).

10am deadline for production to be started that day or else production will start the following day. Payment to be made in advance or with order to non account customers Artworks sent as separate files to be panellised by us will incur a fee.
